Data Storage
Xinmin Labs Co. Ltd uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run awesomecode. Although Xinmin Labs Co. Ltd owns the code, databases, and all rights to the awesomecode application, you retain all rights to your data.
Source Code
Xinmin Labs Co. Ltd employees do not access awesomecode users' private source code unless awesomecode users give Xinmin Labs Co. Ltd's employees explicit written permission to access their source code in order to provide support.
awesomecode clones the repository source code to our server only during creating projects, analyzing builds and sending pull requests. The source code will be deleted immediately from the server as soon as the actions are completed.
Disclosure
Xinmin Labs Co. Ltd may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
Changes
Xinmin Labs Co. Ltd may periodically update this policy.
